I love a good Photo Mode in a game and I adore making my own screenshots. When it will let me I’ll even try to get a little artsy with it, so I’ve decided to share those here.

I do the same thing. Did it a lot with Mario Odyssey because it had a pretty good screen cap feature. Also made a lot in The Last of Us because of the various filters you could put over your caps.
I think every gamer should do the same, honestly. Sometimes I’m so focused on getting through a game that I forget to stop and appreciate the world design. Taking my own screen caps is a good way to stop and take in the artistry.

Photo mode in Super Mario Odyssey was brilliant. I wish that Zelda Breath of the Wild had an actual photo mode, as is you have to capture photos with the HUD there.
I’ve created gorgeous screenshots on par with stuff they would put on the box in Horizon, it is just so enjoyable.
